How to shop?

Shopping at Books & Beyond is easy and convenient, the process is:

  1. Register
    • You need to register before you can purchase products from our website
    • Registration is free
    • Please make sure that you provide complete and accurate information to make us serve you better
  2. Select products
    • You can choose products from our homepage, which is our best and new selection or you can browse through category on the left panel
    • Search function also available to help you find products faster. You can search by title, author, and ISBN/EAN number
  3. Add to cart
    • When you found products you want to purchase, click "Add to Cart" button
    • Add as many products as you want
    • When you done selecting product, you can review your selection through link on the popup notification or click "Shopping Cart" on the header section
    • Alternatively, you can continue checkout process without reviewing your order by clicking "Checkout" link on the top right header
    • In shopping cart page, you can remove certain product and add qty (don't forget to click update button if you do this)
    • Also, you can enter coupon code or give voucher code on this page
  4. Check Out
    • After you click "Checkout" either on the shopping cart page or header section, you will directed to "Checkout" page
    • Click "Confirm Order" button to finish checkout process
    • You can review and change your delivery address if neccessary in this page
    • If you choose Bank Transfer as payment method, clicking "Confirm Order" will end order process. You will receive notification email with your purchase detail.
    • If you choose e-Payment, you will redirected to payment provider page. You can choose one of several payment options available, and all you need to do is just filling all neccessary field and click "Confirm Payment".

Delivery Information

  • Delivery Cost depends on the weight of the products you bought and your location
  • All deliveries are by local courier and trackable
  • There are 2 possibilities of delivery times:
    • Regular product will takes 3 - 7 days, and
    • Non regular product will takes 12 - 20 days
  • We use JNE as our partner shipping company

Payment Methods

  • We accept Bank Transfer to our CIMB Niaga, BCA, and Mandiri Account and also Credit Card (VISA, Master), CIMB Clicks, and Mandiri Clickpay
  • You can find the details of the bank account number on the invoice

Payment failed

  • Our payment provider processing your credit card using international standard PCI DSS level 1
  • Our payment provider working with Retail Decision (ReD), one of the biggest Fraud Detection System provider in the world.
  • If your credit card payment failed, there are two possibilities
    • Your credit card denied by the Bank or
    • It is suspected as fraud by the Fraud Detection System

Can not find book(s)

  • If you looking for book and cannot find it in our website, please contact us here
  • We will help you to get the book you need within 14 days

Books & Beyond Privilege Card (BPC)

  • When you register to our website, please make sure you use same email with the email you registered for Books & Beyond Privilege Card (BPC)
  • Please allow us to validate your account within 24 hours.
  • Please contact us if you think we have made some mistake by providing neccessary information (first and last name, email address, mobile phone number)

Gift Voucher Online (GVO)

  • You can purchase Gift Voucher from our website by clicking "Gift Vouchers" on footer section
  • The amount you can purchase is between Rp 100.000 - Rp 1.000.000
  • You cannot use GVO to purchase anything on our offline store, and you cannot use GV you bought from our offline store in this website

Return Products

  • Books & Beyond will check all items are in good conditions when shipped to your address,
  • However we may allow return on certain conditions below:
    • Damage due to wrong handling in our warehouse such as broken, shattered, or dented products
    • For books damage include: cover scratched, torn, sticky or folded inside
    • Defective products
    • Wrong products
  • Please send us information along with photograph of the products to customercare@booksbeyond.co.id
  • Books & Beyond will send the replacement for the products
